I understand completely about not wanting to share Fannish life in RL. I'm the same way! I live in Connecticut, which is definitely NOT a center for Scandinavian culture, unfortunately. Therefore, I'm restricted to the internet. Without a live translation of the pronunciations, it makes it almost impossible to learn to speak it. I can read pretty decently, but that won't get me anywhere. Until then, a girl can dream! :D I have no qualms about you showing this to your instructor. You can even just copy down the prayer and tell him a friend sent it to you because they know you're studying the Norsk language. :D I'll have chapter three up tomorrow. Good luck, and enjoy!
